If you love to cook or just can’t handle those dirty clothes in your suitcase then have no fear. The Franklin Battlefield Inn is equipped with everything you need. We are set to accommodate any level of chef, if you’re a professional, take out aficionado, or grill master. Our kitchen has a full-size refrigerator with a chilled bottle of bubbly waiting for you. You’ll be happy to find a deluxe gas grill, granite countertops, a gas range, oven, dishwasher and ice maker. If cooking isn’t your thing and you’re more concerned with cleaning then our full-size washer and dryer will suffice and you can hop over to one of our abundant restaurants less than a mile away and bring them home with plenty of room for the leftovers.

Why stay in a hotel when you can relax in living history? While the home did not exist during the Civil War, the property was built in 1902 and is located on ground zero of the Battle of Franklin, one of the largest, best known and documented battles of the American Civil War. For this reason, Williamson County’s historian named the Redford Family home “Franklin Battlefield Inn.” While Civil War history has its critics, we believe that we can find hope for a better and brighter future by learning from our past. With this in mind, you can bask in the history during your stay. Don’t worry, you won’t have to cook over a fire or wash your clothes in the stream. Part of our better future happened to include a few modern amenities that we’ve been sure to provide.
